| Orders placed using a different shipping address than the billing address will be placed on hold, not including weekends, in order to verify identity. Once verification is complete the hold will be lifted.
Customer's with a previous order history will not have to go through the process after the initial verification was completed. |

If it turns out that the item is indeed missing from the shipment, please contact us as soon as possible to begin the claims process.

Shipping insurance is available for all orders at checkout to cover orders against loss, damage, fire, theft, etc.. If the insurance is declined during checkout, Total Nutrition Warehouse will NOT be responsible for the contents of the order for any reason once it has been shipped. Orders over $300 insurance will be required, under $300 it will be optional.
NOTE: Orders placed using Google Checkout will automatically be charged for insurance.International Customers must allow at least 30 days from the time the package was shipped before filing a dispute or claim, no matter the mail class. All USPS International shipping time frames are estimates, the only class that is guaranteed is USPS Global Express.
International Customers will have the option of also selecting Insurance to cover their orders. Customers must allow at least 30 days from the time the package was shipped before filing a dispute or claim, no matter the mail class. Exception: USPS First Class Mail International shipments will only be insured while it is still in the United States, once it leaves the United States the package will no longer be insured, this is due to the fact that this mail class is only track-able while it’s still in the U.S. Once the USPS First Class Mail International shipment has left the United States we will no longer be responsible for the shipment if its lost, damaged, etc... We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside the United States. If you have any questions, we encourage you to speak with your customs office, although we will ship any products you order to the address you provide.
The laws are different in every country, they change often, and we cannot keep up with them all. The responsibility is yours to check with your country's Customs office to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order) to your country.
We will do our part and follow the exact directions in your order. We will ship the products that you pick to the address that you provide. We will give you the best service and ship it very quick at the rates that we have agreed to on our site. If for whatever reason the package is seized by Customs Officials, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in their original condition. Most orders make it through customs fine; however, most orders that are stopped are returned to us. Also, if the package is returned to us by Customs Officials, you are still responsible for any shipping charges. You pay actual shipping charges based on the weight of the package.
Any duties or taxes that may apply are your responsibility.
If your package is stopped by the customs agency in your country, you may or may not receive a notice from them. If the products are indeed illegal in your country, they will most likely return the package to us. If they do, there may be a return shipping fee. Once the package is received back by us, we will contact you by e-mail and refund you for the products, minus the shipping fees. You can also use this credit towards different products or have the package shipped again. We will help you out!
If the package is not sent back to us or if it is destroyed, we will not be able to refund any part of the purchase price. We followed your directions and those directions caused the product to be seized. We apologize for the inconvenience and we hope you will give us a try again with different products.
We hope you can understand the reasons that we can not refund you for seized products. Our goal is to make every customer happy! We do exactly as the customer tell us to do, like any good company should. Unfortunately, sometimes doing what you want us to do can cause problems if you are not sure of what the laws are in your country.
In order to comply with ever-changing import & export regulations, we may require payment in the form of Western Union, Money Gram, or Bank Wire Transfers at our discretion.
By ordering from our site you are stating that you agree to the above paragraphs. Don't worry though, we rarely have problems with international shipments and almost all products are legal in almost all countries.
Note: USPS now has Priorty Mail Flat Rate shipping options available for international shipments, this option will still show even if the items you order will not fit. If you select this option and your entire order will not fit in the box, the large flat rate is 12x12x5.5, we will contact you to go over other options available. |

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. Unfortanely we do not accept personal checks.

Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. | We will gladly accept the return of products for up to 45 days after purchase. After 45 days items can be returned for store credit. A one time exchange or store credit can be use for opened/used items. We do reserve the right to deny any return or exchange.
All website credits issued expire 45 days from the time they are issued.
Incorrect items received and/or discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the order, once we receive your message we will contact you to correct the discrepancy. Reports received after 72 hours will be handled on a case by case basis.
In the event a customer has received the wrong item and declines to keep it, however then fails to return the product after we have provided return assistance i.e. prepaid UPS pick up attempts. It will then be determined that the customer has decided to keep it, and will have 30 days to provide payment for the product plus the prepaid return charges incurred by us. Every 30 days the a 15% fee will be added to the balance. At 90 days or when the balance reaches $150, whichever occurs first, the balance will then be forwarded to an outside collection agency.
If your item is damaged, please we report it to us within 72 hours of receiving your order. After 48 hours reports will be handled on a case by case basis. Also please take pictures of all materials i.e. product, and all packaging. These should be emailed to us at info@total-nutrition.net to help with the damage claim.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges during the return/exchange process. In the case of orders shipped with 'Free Shipping' Promotion, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred by Total Nutrition Warehouse if the order is returned.
In the event that an order is cancelled and it has already been shipped or if the buyer refuses delivery, the buyer will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred by Total Nutrition Warehouse. If the order has been shipped and the address on the invoice is incorrect and it must be re-delivered or the customer request's delivery to a different address; any additional shipping charges will incurred will be the responsiblity of the customer.
Note: During the summer months we can't guarantee the condition of bars, cookies, or any item that can melt. |

We also offer several flat rate shipping options, up to 75lbs for domestic orders. Flat rate shipping options up to 20lbs are also available for Alaska, APO/FPO, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Flat rate shipping options up 20lbs are available for International Orders(must fit in USPS Priority Mail Intl Flat rate box, which is 12"x12"x5.5", to qualify for this). We apologize for any inconvenience these restrictions may create.
Orders that qualify for free or flat rate shipping will be shipped using a carrier of our preference. We do reserve the right to change shipping selections as needed, i.e. customer selects 2 day shipping, when customer is already in a 2 day zone.

| In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error/s in pricing or product information received from our suppliers or 3rd party listing. Total Nutrition Warehouse shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Our Store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Our Store shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card. |
